What changes are ahead for January 1? New HMDA data, expanded demographic information collected January 1st and a review of the new 1003, including the form itself and the timelines.
Along with HMDA, substantial changes are being made to the Uniform Residential Loan Application or URLA (form 1003). Participants will learn about the driving forces behind the new URLA including ULAD and HMDA, and review the form line-by-line, learn how to complete the form with a detailed look at the expanded race, ethnicity and sex information required, and explore the various anti-fraud aspects and protections afforded by the URLA.
